Jae Young's background in design covers a broad range of graphic and branding disciplines, holding an MFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute, an MPS in Branding from SVA, and a BFA in Packaging Design from FIT. During his MFA thesis, he developed a profound interest in storytelling through generative design, utilizing his collected residual markings. His passion for visual communication through self-developed design processes has resulted in his projects receiving numerous awards and recognitions, including from GDUSA, the Society of Typographic Arts, and Communication Arts. Jae Young gained experience working with numerous brands and organizations in various corporate and studio settings, including PepsiCo, Invok Brands, and EnoB, as well as on designers' collaborative projects. Currently, Jae Young is pursuing and seeking a career in the graphic design world, striving to broaden his creative horizons and focus on brand identity, visual communication, typographic arts, and experimental design approaches.
